Wondering what the name is about. Well Filigree refers to Quilling. What the heck is Quilling? No I did not spell quilting wrong. Quilling is an artform all it's own. Using different lengths and widths of paper strips. With just a little strip of paper, some glue and a pin, you can create the most amazing objects. Almost anything you can think of can be quilled one way or another. Browse around, I will be adding more to this site as soon as I can, so keep checking back.
